This new fan assisted bike is here and the fitness team are excited to show you how to use it.
Throughout November we will be running a very simple but effective competition. A chance to win yourself a pack of PT sessions by completing a specific workout as quickly as you can. The program is designed by our very own CrossFit guru Jason Pearce and is centred specifically around the Air Dyne bike. Various categories are available.
1 30-minute personal training session for all participants that enter
2 PT sessions for 3rd prize
3 PT sessions for 2nd prize
5 PT sessions for 1st prize
