Summer holiday timetable updates
The summer holidays are nearly upon us and so we will be operating the Summer Holiday timetable from 24 July, meaning that our regular timetable will be reduced due to the low attendance within the club. It’s a great opportunity for us to trial out new and exciting classes or instructors. So if your regular classes are taken away for the summer, do not fear as they will most likely return to the menu in September.
On that note, we have a new trial class that we are running to see what the general feedback is…Aqua Fit Pro Spin class. Yes, you read it correctly…Spinning in the swimming pool! On the 13 July we will run a one-off spinning class, available for you to try, 9:30-10:30, available to book online. Please speak with Jake directly for more information. India’s 4-week Nutritional Workshop – starting 3 July at 10am
We will be running the workshop for 4 weeks, every Monday at 10am for 40 minutes. India will be discussing all things fitness and food related, focusing the first talk on how to eat around a busy schedule. She will cover food preparation, mind set, flexible dieting and detoxing the digestive system.
These complimentary mini discussion groups are very beneficial, and an ideal way to talk over topics of concerns with our very own foodie expert India. The new timetable includes our new Mat Pilates teacher, Beth, who will run a second class on Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm. In addition, we have a Tension Realise Exercises class with Emma on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm.
With our Reformer instructor Vivi now on maternity leave, Lucy will permanently fill the gap on Friday afternoons with 12.30pm Pure Reformer and 1.30pm Pure Tower classes.
There is also a new male reformer teacher in town by the name of Luke. He will be covering a number of classes during the holiday season and will be permanently added to the timetable in order to cope with the demand for Reformer and Tower classes during our busier times. Luke is a rehabilitation degree graduate with over 10 years experience helping people to take control of their bodies. With well over 15,000 hours of hands on experience behind him, Luke can be considered a true expert in the fields of dynamic Pilates and exercise rehabilitation. Accustomed to working within multi-disciplinary allied health teams Luke ensures that his clients receive all the benefits of a congruent and collaborative approach with his fellow health professionals. Whether your aim is general improvement in health and fitness or indeed recovery from an injury, Luke will guide you safely and swiftly towards your goal of a more healthy, fit and functional you!
