Animal Flow

Animal Flow combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement, with elements from various body-weight training disciplines. This creates a fun and challenging workout that focuses on core strength and emphasizes fluid movement.

Ashtanga Yoga

This powerful form of Yoga has an emphasis on strength and stamina through energetic pattern of poses. It’s ideal for improving the body’s flexibility and physical strength and muscular tone.

Combo Ballet Barre

A fantastic way to tone your body with fun ballet-inspired workouts. That target and isolate small postural muscles through a combination of styles including Yoga and Pilates.

Hatha Yoga

This slower paced and gentle form of yoga is great for beginners and will help you to build your flexibility over time while focusing on your breath.

Kundalini Yoga

This form of Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques and meditation. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness and this is achieved through chanting of mantras.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is aimed at helping to strengthen and tone your body all in a low-impact manner. Emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, whilst improving coordination and balance.

Pilates Reformer

Pure Reformer (Beginners)

Our Beginners class is ideal if you’re new to reformer, or if you haven’t exercised in a while. Workout is based on the reformer beds. Beginners focus on learning and understanding the equipment, specific techniques and learning to isolate muscle groups and activate them correctly at a gentler pace.

With a maximum of 8 people per session, The Beginners Class provides the ideal environment to become familiar with the Reformer and to learn and practice those techniques. After 12 classes you can move on to intermediate classes.


You should already have seen some improvement in your core strength and flexibility. This intermediate workout is more intense, and the pace is faster. You should also be comfortable with the Reformer, understand how the core muscles work, and be able to activate them correctly.


This class is for experienced practitioners only. As you increase your resistance, duration and intensity, you will be able to perform more sequences, with greater flow and precision. You will need good levels of fitness, stamina, flexibility, core strength and technical capability, and should only attend with an intermediate instructor’s approval.

Pilates Tower

Through a system of springs and bars, the combination of Tower and Reformer equipment gives you one of the most effective workouts. The system supports the body to ensure proper stabilisation and positioning whilst providing added weight resistance from the springs for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.

Vinyassa Yoga

This type of aerobically vigorous yoga derives from the Ashtanga form but is more flowing and continuous. The movement is smoothly synchronized to the breath and the poses run together. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement, through the power of inhaling and exhaling, re-energising your body and mentally relaxing your mind.

Zero Gravity Yoga

With the weight of the body supported, learn how to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort, producing a peaceful state of mind.
